Do you burn calories while as an Xpanded TV babe?

I’ ve always thought that focusing on Xpanded TV is really quite a high energy job and I’ ve always been curious. Constantly moving around and constantly moving around, twerking all night long! Well I got a Fitbit and had recently started working out at the health club again, so I thought why not monitor my heart rate and so forth on the Fitbit while I just visited work. This had several really surprising results! Seeing that the screengrabs show, I had developed it on from 10pm till about 5 which can be when the most movement occurs, it monitors the heartrate so it can tell when your within a fat burning zone etc . and it works out the calories and stuff for you as well as you could see. The sessions labelled loads for more than 300 minutes happen to be work night shifts in Xpanded TV. There’ t no option to record this as anything else so weight loads is the most appropriate.

I never knew I was quite burning this much during a night switch. 1200-1500 calories during a move which is basically a whole day’ s food intake for the standard woman. Some nights I actually do move around more than others which will reflects in the stats, also some nights I forgot to show it on until 11pm instead of 10. And I’ m sure a lot of people will say “ well those things aren’ t accurate” and although that is true, I think it is actually still a decent guide line for how much your performing, not to mention actually quite a great motivation tool, for both equally training and at work. I really like the way that I am eradicating to birds with a single stone (possibly the most important birds) keeping myself healthy and earning a living. Perfect! And I need to look good to do the job thus it’ s a win. I love things that are successful as well that really turns me personally on in a good way.

I don’ t know if there are many jobs out there where you can genuinely burn that much in a days/nights work! I mean, I need not go to the gym. I also found this interesting looking at the difference among my sessions at the gym and simply a night at work. Nothing even compares to the night shifts.

I’ ve heard many people say, “ Oh you only sit there and move a phone and your tits to make money. ” Very well sorry it’ s not that simple at all!
